My11 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document contains the official terms and conditions governing the use of the my11 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Effective Date: 1 January 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By accessing or using the my11 platform via my11.ws or any related application, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the my11 platform.

Use of the my11 platform is restricted to individuals who:

  • Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
  • Be a resident or user located in a jurisdiction where online betting activities are legally permitted;
  • Not be on any self-exclusion list or betting prohibition list issued by any relevant authority;
  • Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

My11 reserves the right to reject any registration application or close the account of any user found not to meet the above eligibility requirements, without the need to provide any reason.

2. Account Creation and Security Responsibilities

Each user may only hold one active account on the my11 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. my11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to verify the information provided. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Keep your account password confidential and do not share it with anyone;
  • All activity that occurs under your account, whether with your knowledge or not;
  • Notify my11 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
  • Update your account information whenever there are changes to your personal details.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules

My11 platform users agree to use this service for lawful purposes only and to comply with all applicable local laws. Any use that violates the law or causes harm to others is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are prohibited on the my11 platform:

  • Using automated software, bots or any technical means to manipulate games or the betting system;
  • Colluding or conspiring with other players to manipulate betting outcomes;
  • Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities;
  • Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
  • Registering using false information or another person's identity;
  • Performing any action that compromises the security or integrity of the platform.

My11 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including account closure and fund withholding without prior notice, where there is strong evidence of fraud or a breach.

4. Payment Information, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR

All financial transactions on the my11 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No additional currency conversion fees are charged for users depositing and withdrawing funds in MYR.

Accepted payment methods include online bank transfers via FPX, GrabPay and Touch 'n Go eWallet. my11 reserves the right to add or remove available payment methods without prior notice.

Regarding fund withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

  • Full account verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed;
  • Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by the my11 compliance team;
  • My11 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits as a fraud prevention measure;
  • Withdrawal processing times are typically between one and three business days, depending on the payment method selected.

My11 is not liable for any delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.

5. Liability Limits and Account Policies

The my11 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties, whether express or implied. my11 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be error-free or be fully secure at all times.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, my11 shall not be liable for:

  • Any financial losses incurred through use of the platform, including betting losses;
  • Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond my11's control;
  • Any financial loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence;
  • Betting outcomes disputed after they have been confirmed by the system.

Account Suspension and Closure

My11 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:

  • The user violates any of the terms set out in this document;
  • There is suspicious or suspected activity related to fraud, money laundering or collusion;
  • The user fails to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe;
  • The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

In the event of account closure due to fraud or serious breach of terms, my11 reserves the right to withhold the account balance while an investigation is conducted. The final decision on the disposition of the balance will be determined based on the outcome of the internal investigation.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content on the my11 platform, including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software and other materials, is the exclusive property of my11 or parties that have licensed it to my11. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use any content from this platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from my11.

Third-Party Links and Services

The my11 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game software providers and payment processors. my11 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

My11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Users will be notified of material changes via an in-platform notice or to their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the my11 platform that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
